These terms apply to the Coacher website and apps, operated by Startexa. By creating an account or using Coacher you agree to them.

The service

Coacher lets coaching businesses deliver training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching to their clients. The coaching itself — programs, advice and prices — is provided by your coach, not by Startexa.

Not medical advice

Content in Coacher, including AI calorie and nutrient estimates from meal photos, is general guidance and may be inaccurate. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

Your account

• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and only upload content you have the right to share.
• Don’t misuse the service — for example by trying to access other people’s data, disrupting it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Payments

Coaching purchases are made from your coaching business and processed by Stripe. Prices, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds are agreed between you and your coach. You can cancel a subscription in the app; it ends at the end of the current period.

Coaching businesses

If you run a coaching business on Coacher, you are responsible for the coaching you provide, for having a lawful basis for the client data you collect, and for your own terms with your clients. We process your clients’ data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Coacher available and secure but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features and will tell you about significant changes to these terms in advance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Startexa is not liable for indirect losses, or for injury or loss resulting from coaching advice or estimates provided through the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
